The customization of Patagonia products can only be decorated with our embroidery service method. There are two separate locations where designers can add their customization; back tag and bicep. Patagonia does not allow for any customization outside of the back tag and bicep, this includes the front of products. Vests only allow for back tag decoration as there are no sleeves for bicep customization.
All designs and logos will need to be approved by Patagonia before UGP can order and embroider the products. UGP will submit customer-submitted designs and logos to Patagonia for approval. The approval process for designs and logos can take as long as 5-7 business days. Once approved, UGP will be able to order and embroider products and fulfill the custom Patagonia order.
