This product allows for a custom 4-Color Process Dye-Sublimation design and is available in white. It meets FDA requirements and is recommended for hand washing only, not commercial use. Mugs must be ordered in full carton quantities and will be shipped in a Protective-Pack box, which is mandatory for safe delivery unless an alternate carrier other than UPS is specified, for which the vendor is not liable for breakage.
